Are you an experienced HR employee, Works Council trainer or HR business partner with at least 100 hours of experience in coaching and people development? Then we would be happy to train you in the More Insight into Learning Strategies (MILS) methodology.
As a certified MILS coach, you can independently conduct the MILS survey and provide practice-oriented tips and suggestions so that people can work in the most effective way.
With these insights they can develop their way of working together and communicating. This benefits their own effectiveness and the effectiveness and productivity of the organization.
The basic training consists of 6 half days. In the following months, each MILS coach in training receives individual guidance. During this period, the MILS coaches in training will start working with the MILS in their own organization.
Your Profile
You have a good capacity for self-reflection, you can empathize with others, you have knowledge about learning and learning methods and are able to make relationships and connections. Successful MILS coaches can observe, ‘listen, summarize, ask questions (LSD)’ and analyze. You have organizational knowledge, presentation skills and experience working with groups. You have a drive for developing people, also within the business community. And you are interested in how the brain works. You like to look for nuances and translate them into practice using, among other things, your knowledge of MILS.
